Hotel Elysium is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Head Housekeeper to help lead the housekeeping operations of our new boutique hotel in downtown Ely, Minnesota. This is more than a traditional housekeeping role — we are looking for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness, organization, attention to detail, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is hardworking, professional, organized, and able to help build a positive housekeeping culture from the ground up. As a boutique hotel focused on elevated hospitality and guest comfort, cleanliness and presentation are a major part of the Hotel Elysium experience. The Head Housekeeper will work closely with hotel management to ensure all guest rooms, spa areas, public spaces, and event areas consistently meet high standards.
